Stephanie Wurster is passionate about increasing awareness and access to mental health services and education. Stephanie’s areas of clinical passion include grief and loss, life transitions, and creating a life worth living amidst mental health struggles and adverse experiences. She has had the privilege of working with clients ranging in age from three years to 91 years and has enjoyed coming alongside people at all stages of life. Stephanie has served in hospice bereavement counseling, residential care, PHP, and IOP levels of care working with groups, families, and individuals. Stephanie has found a love for providing group therapy because she deeply believes that each person is the expert of their own life and that the answers are inside of them. She believes that is the role of the therapist/facilitator to come alongside and support each person in discovering what serves them in their recovery and cultivating a values-oriented life. Stephanie is passionate about learning and believes that growth is a life-long endeavor.
